Who maintains this in three years?
You, us, or someone else. The code is yours, with clear documentation, built on common technology any developer can work with. That is the difference with a subscription: one supplier can stop, double the price, or remove a feature you rely on.
Do I need all three services?
No. Most projects start with one. They do fit together well. Many agencies build either software or reports. We build the systems and make sure the numbers behind them are right.
Why is custom work affordable again?
Custom work used to take months. Now it often takes weeks, because AI speeds up the build. Thinking, scoping and testing still take a senior, and we pass the time saving on. The result is usually cheaper than the SaaS you already pay for: Watchman Gym replaced €650 a month, MOSJ avoided a €3,500 a month Shopify Plus licence. You are already paying for custom software. Now you get to own it.
Do you use AI to write the code?
Yes. Everything is reviewed, tested and placed in an architecture we agree on first. Using AI is not the difference. Everyone does that now. The difference is who judges what comes out.
What if my project is too big for a small studio?
We bring in senior specialists and our established partner agencies (Hypersolid, blablabuild, Wildcard Agency) when needed. You still have one contact person and one fixed price. Scale is not new to us: before Alt F Awesome, Daniel led Data & AI at Triple for Heineken, Pfizer, Disney and Shell. And the project does not hang on one person: he oversees the scope, the team does the work and stays in place.
Do I get the code?
Yes. On delivery, in your account, with documentation. No extra fee.
What if it does not deliver what we hoped?
On the first build you do not pay if it does not work. On larger projects we agree up front what "working" means, and that is in the proposal.
Can my team work with this?
Yes. We build around how your team actually works. Your people can use it from day one. Documentation is included. Need a change later? Any developer can pick it up, or we stay on.
Will this still work in two years?
We use common technology. You own the code. You are not stuck with one supplier. When something needs to change later, you are not waiting on their product roadmap or paying rising licence fees.
Do you work internationally?
Yes. Based in Amsterdam, working with clients worldwide.
