Watchman Gym

Custom booking system instead of Bsports

€650 per month to Bsports. More members, higher bill, spreadsheet alongside. Custom build felt out of reach. Prototype running in 5 days. Live in 14. Payback in 8 months. No platform fee increases since.

The challenge

Bsports charged per member and still missed Watchman rules for lessons, credits, subscriptions and no-shows. €7,800 per year for software plus manual spreadsheet work. Building custom sounded like a €40k agency quote.

Our approach

Fixed scope from €7,500. We mapped their real booking rules in the first call, shipped a working prototype in 5 days, and went live in 14. Lessons, subscriptions, credits and no-show logic on their infrastructure. Moneybird for invoicing. PWA on every phone.

Results

  • €650/month in Bsports fees cut
  • Payback in 8 months, then pure savings
  • Prototype in 5 days, live in 14
  • Lessons, subscriptions, credits and no-show logic on their terms
  • Moneybird connected for invoicing
  • Spreadsheet sidecar replaced, no app store needed

Which process costs your team the most time right now?

Describe it in one message. We calculate what it currently costs you in licences and manual work and tell you honestly whether custom software is worth it. Even if the answer is no.
