Stijl sells in two stores with Shopify POS and online through its own shop. Card payments run through Mollie, and Shopify POS has no link to the Mollie terminal. Shopify POS blocks exchanges on Mollie orders. Stock sat on two locations, with 1,418 variants below zero.

We connected Shopify POS to the Mollie terminal. An order at the till sends the amount straight to the terminal. For exchanges we built an assistant that works out the difference and refunds it. The online shop runs on Next.js and Shopify, with Mollie, PostNL and feeds to Google and Meta.
Both stores and the online shop now sell from one stock in Shopify. A gift card comes off the total first and Mollie only charges the rest. Per day, week or month the team runs a cash-up with revenue per store, per payment method and the cash difference.
