The academy ran on a separate Wix site. Masterclasses sat there as products in an online shop. A course of over €2,300 could not be paid in parts, and KURO kept dates, discounts and the practical info for class day up to date by hand.

We built kuro-academy.com on the same code as the salon site, with Strapi as the CMS. When KURO publishes a masterclass in Strapi, it appears in Stripe with its price automatically. Participants pick their tickets and pay in full or a deposit plus instalments by SEPA Direct Debit. After payment the enrolment is saved in Strapi and the confirmation and reminders go out on their own.
Since August, 16 enrolments have come in, two of them in instalments. KURO puts a new masterclass live without us, with price, dates and emails. Salons request on-site training through their own form, and anyone who wants a keynote books an intake straight into Bianca's calendar.

A deposit at booking, the rest in equal SEPA Direct Debit instalments until the first class day.
When a salon books more tickets, checkout applies the discount itself, for example 15% from three.
Fourteen and two days before class, every participant gets the practical info on model, tools and parking.
