“On Monday I see on one screen which brand is doing well. If I want to know more, I just ask.”

The problem

Every FM brand has its own social media accounts. Anyone who wanted to know what worked had to log in everywhere separately. Comparing brands was close to impossible.

What we did

We connected every brand to Attention Whales, our own tool. There is one approved app per platform that holds the API key, so a new brand doesn't need its own API access. Data comes in daily, or in real time, and can flow on to FM's data warehouse. For FM we built traffic lights per brand and goal, and an AI layer that answers questions like "what was our best post?".

What it delivers

Ashley and her team build the weekly report for all 15+ brands from one screen. They see which brand is growing and which is falling behind. Sentiment and the best performing topics are a question away.
