The problem
Buyers increasingly ask ChatGPT. FM Group didn't know whether FleuraMetz and Hilverda de Boer showed up in those answers. Or whether a competitor did.
What we did
For each brand we set out which questions it should be named for, 80 in total. Bad Popcorn, our own platform, asks them every day in seven AI tools, including ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Copilot. On the sites we added FAQs, JSON-LD and schema markup so AI tools read the brands correctly.

What it delivers
For every brand FM sees which questions it is named for, and which go to a competitor. That also shows what a change to the site does. The team works in Bad Popcorn itself.
