“Locations order on their own now. My team no longer has to re-check every order form.”

Edge equips kitchens for chains like Wendy's, Swiss Chalet and Dave's Hot Chicken. Every chain has its own deal: fixed products, fixed prices, its own payment terms. All of it lived in Excel. Orders came in by email and phone and had to be keyed in by hand.

On Shopify B2B we built one portal platform with a separate environment per chain. Staff log in with a code, pick their location and see only their own range at the agreed price. Product data and prices come from AutoQuotes every day. Every paid order flows into Sage 300 automatically, on the right customer and location. A new chain joins through a fixed intake.

Since mid-July, 1,098 orders came in from 422 locations, and all 1,098 are in Sage without anyone keying them in. Wendy's franchisees order the full opening kit for a new location from one list. Swiss Chalet finds parts in a 3D model of the oven. And the portals belong to Edge, with no monthly licence.
