From Bsport to a gym app on its own brand

The problem
Watchman booked classes and trial sessions through Bsport. The studio wanted its own platform and to decide how members book and pay. The rules are strict. Credits expire every month, booking opens two weeks ahead and a session without check-in does not count.
What we did
We built Clay with a schedule, credits, waitlist, check-in, leads and direct debit. We imported the schedule, trainers and class types from Bsport and moved 108 accounts over. Members pay through Mollie Connect into Watchman's own account. Invoices go to Moneybird.
What it delivers
Members book in the Watchman app on app.watchmangym.nl. On watchmangym.nl a new member picks a plan, pays through Mollie and books a class straight away. On 15 September Clay had 103 active members. Other studios can now use Clay too, through clayapp.nl.
